Registered Nurse - PACU

• Work 4x10 hour shifts with variable start times between 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Closing shift from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM may require staying late if patient doesn't meet discharge criteria
• Work in Day Surgery Unit with adult and pediatric patients
• Function in pre-op, PACU, and post-op areas
• Handle 23-hour stay patients with flexible scheduling requirements
• 5 years of nursing experience required with 3 years critical care experience
• Minimum 2 years ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) setting experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS
• California RN licensure required
• Responsible for assessment, coordination, delivery and evaluation of nursing care
• Provide direct patient care, patient/family education, and care transitions
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
• Complete orientation modules averaging 1-5 hours
