Your RoleAs a member of our clinical team you will provide patient‑centered care, perform urgent care procedures, collaborate with specialists, and manage efficient clinic flow.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x‑rays, labs, and EKGs.
- Perform typical urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
- Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
- Triage and manage patients efficiently, maintaining an average of 4–5 patients per hour.

- Competitive base salary:
Part Time $75,660–$119,449 (including bonus) and Full Time $113,490–$201,177 (including bonus).

Qualifications- Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
- Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
- Valid, unrestricted medical license.
- Ability to treat patients of all ages.
- DOT certification obtained prior to start date (course and exam covered by Carbon Health).
- BLS certification required and must be obtained before first day.
