We invite clinicians seeking flexibility or a pathway to a full‑time role to join our part‑time or full‑time urgent care team and enjoy opportunities for growth, continuing education, and a supportive work environment.

As a member of our clinical team you will provide patient‑centered care, perform urgent care procedures, collaborate with specialists, and manage efficient clinic flow.

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x‑rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform typical urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
• Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
• Triage and manage patients efficiently, maintaining an average of 4–5 patients per hour.

• Competitive base salary:
  Part Time $75,660–$119,449 (including bonus) and Full Time $113,490–$201,177 (including bonus).

• Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.

• Valid, unrestricted medical license.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• DOT certification obtained prior to start date (course and exam covered by Carbon Health).
• BLS certification required and must be obtained before first day.
