Registered Nurse; RN School-Based

Soliant is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing support across multiple elementary school sites in the San Mateo, San Bruno and Daly City areas for the  school year. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys working with students, collaborating with other nursing professionals, and providing care across multiple school settings. The RN will work alongside two LVNs and assist with student healthcare needs, including supporting students with diabetes.

  School-based, Multiple Elementary School Sites
• Transportation Requirement:
  Reliable transportation required to travel between school sites
• Mileage:
  Documented and reimbursed at the applicable IRS rate

• Provide nursing support across multiple elementary school sites
• Assist with student healthcare needs throughout the school day
• Support students with diabetes and other medical needs
• Work collaboratively with two LVNs and school staff
• Follow established schedules for visiting assigned school sites
• Complete student incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Monitor student health and respond appropriately to medical needs
• Communicate with school staff and the nursing team regarding student care
• Support a safe, healthy, and inclusive school environment

• Active California RN license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple school sites
• Reliable transportation for travel between assigned schools
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with elementary-aged students

• Previous school nursing experience
• Pediatric nursing experience
• Experience working with diabetic students
• Experience supporting students with complex or specialized healthcare needs
• Familiarity with school-based health protocols and documentation
