Scientist Position
Seeking a highly motivated and well organized scientist to join the Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) team. This position is responsible for coordinating PK and PKPD studies to support preclinical oncology projects covering a wide range of modalities including biologics, small molecules, gene, and cell therapies.
The responsibilities of a Research Associate are to develop and routinely employ bio analytical methods for the qualitative analysis of small molecules in plasma, and various biological tissues using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in support of drug discovery.
Responsibilities will also include data processing, statistical analysis, and dissemination of results to project teams in support of drug discovery and development programs.
Required Skills:
- The candidate will have background in Bioanalytical Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS) with hands on experience and proven ability to design, develop and routinely employ bioanalytical methods for the quantitative analysis of small molecule compounds and their metabolites.
- The candidate should be able to develop, and troubleshoot methods/instrumentation.
- Format PK and PK/PD data, conduct initial analysis, and provide preliminary data interpretation.
