Job Description

Research Associate I will support automation and flow cytometry functions for high-throughput cell-based assays in a cell therapy environment. The role involves assay development, automation support, instrument maintenance, and cell culture operations to enable high-quality data generation.

Education

• B.S. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related field with 6 months–1 year experience

• OR M.S. in a related field with 0 years of experience

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with flow cytometry instrumentation and QC/maintenance

• Experience with automated liquid handling systems (e.g., Bravo, Assist Plus, Mantis)

• Mammalian cell culture (adherent and suspension)

• High-throughput cell-based assay execution

• Aseptic techniques in cell culture environments

• Troubleshooting automation platforms and cytometry instruments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation assay development and optimization

• Familiarity with laboratory software/tools (e.g., Benchling)

• Exposure to cell therapy or immunology-based research environments
