Part Time Merchandiser

San Mateo, CA

Do you have the drive to work independently, create your schedule, and meet monthly goals? Do you love the satisfaction that comes from organizing something well? We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Merchandiser to maintain greeting card rack displays for two retail stores within the San Mateo area. This part‑time position requires approximately 1‑2 hours every 2‑3 weeks and offers flexible scheduling.

All part‑time associates receive sick time.

• Travel to each store location every other week.
• Rotate products from the backroom to the department and set up/tear down seasonal cards using plan‑ograms.
• Use mobile technology to perform required job functions: photograph completed displays and complete a quick survey after each visit.
• Develop strong relationships with retail customers.

• Merchandising experience, preferably in the gift industry.
• Reliable and willing to visit the store every other week.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding English.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to use small manual and powered hand tools.
• Strong time‑management skills to maintain a quick work pace and improve productivity.

Hourly pay: $7.25 – $16 USD
