Job OverviewWe’re hiring a Patient Education Consultant to guide prospective patients from first contact through decision and into treatment. This full‑time role offers a competitive base salary of $60,000‑$70,000 plus uncapped performance‑based commissions (target compensation $120,000‑$140,000).
Key Responsibilities- Own the consultation (sales) process from first contact to decision.
- Educate prospective patients on Clear Choice services, procedures, and financial options.
- Conduct follow‑up calls to support decision‑making.
- Create customized payment plans to meet individual patient financial needs.
- Proactively generate leads through community engagement, referrals, and outreach.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline through active lead generation.
- Ensure a smooth transition from consultation to procedure.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and general managers to optimize patient care and sales performance.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the center’s success.
- 2+ years of direct‑to‑consumer consultative sales experience.
- Experience with loan origination, interest rates, and financing processes.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and earn patient trust.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
