Part Time Sales Lead

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora fan, fully immersing themselves in the brand, culture, and product, and taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports both Managers and Sales Associates, contributing to overall in‑store success.

The Sales Lead works within the Hillsdale Shopping Center Pandora store, engaging with customers and collaborating with teammates to achieve store goals.

• Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability and providing real‑time feedback and guidance to help the team reach its KPI goals.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating care and empathy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to charm and captivate audiences at all organizational levels.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, delivering positive results.
• Mastery of time management, setting priorities and delegating tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.

• Competitive hourly wage of $19.65 to $24.55 per hour, commensurate with experience.
