Job Overview

* This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Leverage prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience, or receive training and coaching if none.

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $21.43 and $24.95 per hour, plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Working 20–24 hours per week yields an average total compensation of $30,725 per year. Individual starting salary may vary with geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Eligible for new hires beginning after 01/01/2026 and before 06/30/2026. First payment after 6 months: $3,000; second after 9 months: $3,000; third after 12 months: $4,000. Total bonus: $10,000. Eligibility requires good standing at time of payout and does not apply to internal employees.
