Parspec is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to run our demand generation engine.

You will be responsible for creating and executing programs that generate a qualified pipeline from Construction Distributors and Rep Agents. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, and Content Marketing Manager to turn campaign narratives into ABM programs that convert interest into qualified sales opportunities.

This position is ideal for a results-oriented individual who thrives on hands‑on campaign execution and experimentation-driven programs within a fast-paced startup environment.

• Execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, webinars, and organic channels.
• Build, launch, and optimize paid channels such as Linked In and Google, by continuously testing audiences, creative, and offers.
• Build and maintain comprehensive campaign dashboards to track performance, growth opportunities, and total pipeline contribution.
• Own Hub Spot as the system of record for demand gen: lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, campaign attribution, and data hygiene.

• Design and launch account-based marketing programs for key enterprise segments, creating tailored touchpoints for specific buying committees within target accounts.
• Partner directly with the Sales team to ensure a tight feedback loop on lead quality and provide them with the air cover needed to close high‑value deals.
• Manage the transition of marketing‑engaged leads to Sales, ensuring that high‑intent prospects are identified and prioritized for immediate outreach.

• Build the target account list for each event and drive pre‑show outreach in partnership with Sales
• Own post‑event lead follow‑through to qualified opportunity
• Drive the distribution of our thought leadership through our industry associations and partnerships
