Deliver personalized beauty experiences while building customer relationships and driving sales across in-store and digital channels. Support customers with makeup, skincare, and product recommendations in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer needs.
- Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, events, and customer outreach.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty.
- Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and stay informed about beauty trends and products.
- Passion for beauty, makeup, skincare, and customer service.
- Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
