As our first AI hire, you will take full ownership of researching and implementing our core agentic models. Your role will involve translating cutting‑edge research into reliable and scalable systems. This is a unique chance to tackle pioneering challenges such as long‑horizon planning, tool‑use optimization, and self‑improving agents, while utilizing our extensive computational resources to bring your ideas to fruition.
Ideal Profile- Currently pursuing or recently completed a PhD/MSc in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Publication record at top conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL) is a significant advantage.
- In-depth, practical experience with PyTorch, transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or Auto Gen is beneficial, but strong foundational understanding is paramount.
- You have a knack for processing ML papers, focusing on implementation specifics and edge cases.
- You are driven by a passion for both theoretical precision and developing functional code.
Multi‑agent systems, RLHF, reasoning, planning, memory architectures, or program synthesis.
