What you'll do

Build highly sophisticated agentic products to investigate complex financial crimes.
Lead the technical designs and team charters.
Operate as one team: own problems end-to-end, review each other's code, and move quickly.

What you won't do

Bureaucracy. No 3-month approvals to launch a feature.
Politics. No fighting other teams for headcount or scope.
Build for the void. We ship what customers actually need.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 per year.
