Example 1:
You have designed what you feel is a good experience for a training scenario, you are now prototyping your ideas in Unity 3D.

Example 2: A customer has sent a 50 page manual of how to replace a part on a machine. You are combing through the manual and designing an experience that will translate this printed information into an easy to understand 3D version of the procedure.

Example 3:
The team is developing a training application to teach a mechanic how to repair a vehicle engine. There are layers and layers of parts that need to be organized in a logical way. You are creating a UI/UX to make this simple and intuitive for the user to navigate and easily identify which part they need to work with next.

Note:

you are part of a team consisting of 3D Artists and Game Programmers that deliver this project together. Clear communication across those disciplines achieves your vision faster, with less friction.

Example 4:
You are notified that users are consistently getting lost on one step in a training scenario you designed and cannot move forward. You must redesign the UI and/or UX to solve this problem.

Example 5: A special case problem came up with a step in the training scenario you are designing, you must communicate with the programmers or artists to solve this problem.

• 3-5 years professional experience designing mobile games with Unity
• Ability to visualize, articulate, conceptualize and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems
• Ability to communicate ideas to a wide variety of stakeholders, from internal team to customer
• Ability to estimate project timelines
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, relationship building, and negotiation
• Ability to follow technical documents from our customers to mimic a real world object
