Location: Bay Area (San Francisco / Peninsula)
Reports to: Director of Engineering
Team: Product Engineering
OpportunityWe are building a first‑of‑its‑kind consumer membership ecosystem from the ground up. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Product Engineering team, you will be one of the first builders on the ground — shipping the features that 100M+ users will actually touch. There is no legacy code, no inherited tech debt, no bloated process — just a zero‑to‑one build powered by an AI‑native workflow and a tight, high‑output team.
This is a hands‑on IC role for a generalist who loves shipping. You'll work across the stack, take features from concept to production, and set the bar for what ships out of Product Engineering.
Product- You will build the features 100M+ users actually touch inside a membership ecosystem anchored around the MrBeast audience. This isn't a passive content app. It's a highly interactive platform built to turn the world's largest audience into an engaged community - spanning digital experiences, real‑world value, and tools that connect creators, brands, and fans at global scale. Details shared during the interview process.
You'll Do
- Ship consumer‑facing features end‑to‑end — from API and data model through to the client experience — inside the first ideal squad.
- Work across the stack daily: backend services, APIs, and the client layer (web and/or mobile, React Native or similar is fair game).
- Partner tightly with the Lead Product Designer and the rest of the squad in short, fast iteration loops — built to show, not just tell.
- Use AI coding agents and modern tooling as a default — your output should feel multiplied, not the same as it was a year ago.
- Own quality at consumer scale: performance, reliability, and the details that matter when millions of users are on the other end.
- Help set the technical patterns and culture the rest of Product Engineering will build against as the team grows.
- Consumer‑Scale Generalist: You have shipped production features inside consumer products used by millions. You're comfortable across the stack — you go deep where it matters and integrate cleanly everywhere else.
- AI‑Native: You aren't just curious about AI; you are burning through tokens, using coding agents daily, and integrating modern AI tooling deeply into your development workflow.
- Shipper: You have a track record of actually owning and shipping features, not just participating inside a large team. You measure yourself by what's live, not what's in review.
- Scrappy & Scaled: You have the startup experience to build from zero with a nimble team, plus the big‑tech exposure to know what breaks when a product hits massive scale.
- Action‑Oriented: You thrive in ambiguity and prefer shipping over process. You'd rather spin up a prototype and show it than run a design review.
