Founding Full-stack engineer

As our founding full-stack engineer, you will play a very crucial role in helping us realize our vision of an AI-powered ad agency. You will build delightful AI-forward user-interfaces, fine-tune LLMs, leverage Computer Vision libraries, and architect robust backend-infrastructure.

Imagine an AI that combines Don Draper’s creative genius with the sophisticated data-backed approach of a hedge-fund manager. We’re a seed-stage AdTech startup based in Burlingame, CA. Our co-founders, Aman Jain and Vinay Jain, have spent more than a decade building Ad products at Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Whats App.

We raised $4.5m from top VCs and angels, including Wing, Patron, Samsung, Balaji, and many more.

Our vision is to make an AI-powered ad agency accessible to every marketer. Imagine an AI that combines Don Draper’s creative genius with the sophisticated data-backed approach of a hedge-fund manager. Such expertise is typically limited to the Coca-Colas of the world. By democratizing access to this powerful combination, we’ll help smaller brands stand toe-to-toe with industry titans, and help many more new brands in being created.

We’ve made significant progress on our mission. Our v0 product is already launched in closed beta with hundreds of people on the waitlist and v1 is being developed with design partners. We’re looking to onboard a Chief Research Scientist to increase the pace of our progress.

As our founding full-stack engineer, you will play a very crucial role in helping us realize our vision of an AI-powered ad agency. You will build delightful AI-forward user-interfaces, fine-tune LLMs, leverage Computer Vision libraries, and architect robust backend-infrastructure.

• Experience building delightful front-end user experiences using React or Next.js
• Experience with building robust backend-systems including:
  • APIs in Node.js/Express,
  • Database schemas with Prisma/RDS,
  • Other backend-services liked Lambdas and Cron-jobs leveraging AWS-infra

• AdTech or AI Expertise :
  Past experience in AdTech and/or ML (especially Computer Vision) will help shorten the learning curve.
• Entrepreneurial experience or aspirations :
  Former founders or those with a strong interest in founding a company will find this role particularly aligned with their aspirations.
