Product Engineer (Frontend / Fullstack)

On-site, San Mateo, CA

$150k–$300k + 0.05–0.25% equity

Full-time, 5 days/week in office (visa sponsorship available)

A well-funded AI + data insights startup (>$20M raised) with Fortune 100 customers, building generative AI–powered tools to democratize access to organizational data. Mission: enable employees at all levels to instantly access insights and make better decisions through intuitive LLM-based workflows. Led by repeat founders with proven track records scaling companies to multi-billion-dollar outcomes.

• Build product-focused frontend and fullstack features in collaboration with customers and founders.

• Define and develop UI/UX for analytical and agentic workflows.

• Implement LLM-powered features for conversational chat and interaction.

• Help shape the engineering culture, product roadmap, and tech stack.

• Collaborate closely with a high-caliber team of engineers and product leaders.

• Strong experience in React, Type Script, Node.js, and/or Python.

• Product-focused mindset with a passion for building intuitive user experiences.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

• Ability to collaborate across functions and directly with customers.

• Nice to have: experience with LLM integration and data-driven products.
