As a member of our Business Systems Engineering team, you will build or improve tools that are used daily by Go to Market teams. Our goal is to find bottlenecks and friction points, and drive process improvements as well as come up with technical solutions. Our team is the custodian of data that is used by sales, order, finance, support teams.

• Engineer and maintain platforms and data pipelines that read, mutate and write data at scale.
• Determine architecture for systems that deal with multiple external vendors as well as internal systems.
• Collaborate with different GTM teams and advise on the right engineering solution to business problems.
• Improve operational excellence on existing systems.
• Contribute to the long term roadmap on keeping GTM data quality high.
• Use LLMs to help evaluate data state and create artifacts for users to quickly consume data.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering with a focus on data systems
• In-depth expertise in distributed systems and data processing
• Passion for observability and reliability
• Advanced skill in Python and SQL.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week.
• Bonus:
  Familiarity with GTM facing vendors such as Zoom Info, Outreach, Marketo, Clay, Rox.
