Local and established Property Management firm in San Rafael, CA is seeking a long-term contract (to possible hire)
SENIOR
PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT
. This is 6+ months (to possible hire) and HYBRID with just 2 days onsite in San Rafael. $90,000 - $100,000
This is a 6 month project (to possible hire) with 2 days on site in San Rafael and 3 days remote.
Responsibilities- Must be experienced with AP/AR, journal entries, G/L, monthly financials for each property
- Bank reconciliations, budgeting assistance, reconciliations, audit preparation
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar with 5+ years of PROPERTY ACCOUNTING on YARDI required
- Must be experienced with AP/AR, journal entries, G/L, and monthly financials for each property
