- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and individuals
- Deliver proactive tax planning and consulting services to closely held businesses and their owners
- Research complex tax issues and develop practical solutions for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted business advisor
- Review the work of staff accountants and provide coaching and mentorship
- Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
- Collaborate with partners on tax strategy, client service, and business development opportunities
- Public accounting tax experience
- Experience preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- CPA license or progress toward licensure preferred
- Leadership experience is a plus for Tax Manager candidates
- Salary up to $170,000 (DOE)
