What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and individuals
  • Deliver proactive tax planning and consulting services to closely held businesses and their owners
  • Research complex tax issues and develop practical solutions for clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted business advisor
  • Review the work of staff accountants and provide coaching and mentorship
  • Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with partners on tax strategy, client service, and business development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
  • Public accounting tax experience
  • Experience preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns
  • Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
  • CPA license or progress toward licensure preferred
  • Leadership experience is a plus for Tax Manager candidates
