You’ll work directly with entrepreneurs, business owners, and nonprofit organizations, helping clients navigate complex financial reporting and compliance needs while serving as a trusted advisor.

• Lead audit, review, and assurance engagements from planning through completion
• Work directly with clients to understand their operations and business objectives
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes and internal controls
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff members
• Collaborate with partners and managers to deliver exceptional client service
• Build trusted relationships with clients while contributing to the firm’s continued success

• Public accounting audit experience
• Experience leading audit engagements
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements while maintaining exceptional quality
• CPA license or progress toward licensure is a plus
