As the company continues to grow its project backlog and Project Management team, the accounting and job cost function has become increasingly critical to the success of the business.

Finance is not viewed as a back-office function here. This team is deeply embedded in day-to-day operations, partnering closely with Project Management to ensure projects are financially sound, compliant, and accurately reported from start to finish.

Job Details

We are seeking a Part-Time Temporary Administrative Support professional to assist our finance and operations teams with day-to-day administrative tasks during a high-volume period. This role will support multiple team members and play a key part in keeping documentation, compliance submissions, and payment processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Submit certified payroll reports and required compliance documentation
  • Complete DIR submissions and track related paperwork
  • Index and organize documents in a paperless system
  • Sort, scan, and process AP invoices and statements
  • Prepare and mail accounts payable and subcontractor checks on a weekly basis
  • Provide general administrative support across finance and operations
Schedule & Location
  • On-site role
  • Approximately 20 hours per week, 3 days per week
  • Hours worked within core business hours (6:30am–4:00pm)
  • Consistent weekly schedule preferred
Preferred Background
  • Administrative experience (construction industry exposure strongly preferred)
  • Comfort handling documents, invoices, and compliance-related tasks
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
