This position plays a key part in delivering high-quality reconditioning for customer vehicles and dealership inventory.

  • Use professional PDR tools and techniques to restore panels without affecting factory paint.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring repairs meet manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
  • Document repair findings, time estimates, and completed work in the dealership’s service system.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors, Detailers, and Body Shop staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work spaces to dealership safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with vehicle owners.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Previous experience as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician, Auto Body Technician, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of PDR tools, methods, and repair processes.
  • Ability to identify repairable vs. non-repairable dents.
  • High attention to detail and precision.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred:

  • I-CAR, Vale Certification, or other PDR training credentials.
