Job summaryThe client service associate is a growth-oriented support role on the client account management team.
Responsibilities include:- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Route calls, take messages, and provide basic information as needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Assist with new client onboarding.
- Process new account paperwork and service‑related forms accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain physical and digital client files, ensuring high levels of confidentiality and data security.
- Coordinate with external partners, i.e CPAs and attorneys, to gather necessary client information.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and documentation within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
- Ensure timely, accurate responses to all client correspondence and inquiries.
- Build trusted, collaborative relationships with our custodian’s operations teams to accurately execute cashiering, deposits, withdrawals, and other account transactions.
Your technology responsibilities include developing proficiency in SRWM’s core technology tools, software, and platforms.

- Are eager to learn about the financial planning and wealth management profession and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
- Are comfortable with technology and able to learn new tools, platforms, and software quickly.
- Are open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
- Bring a positive, solutions‑oriented attitude to their work.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two years of financial services experience, client service, or banking. (preferred); experience in general business, or in a client service role will also be considered.
- Experience working with custodial operations teams (preferred but not required).
- A competitive salary based on experience, generally in the range of $60,000 to $80,000.
