Customer Experience Specialist is a primary point of contact for customers and trade partners interested in Euro Style’s furniture and collections. In this role, you will support customers throughout the purchasing process by providing accurate product information, coordinating orders, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.
You will manage inbound inquiries, assist with order processing and follow-ups, coordinate special requests in partnership with leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution.
This position reports to the Customer Service Lead.
What You’ll Do Every Day- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, purchase calls, and product questions related to Euro Style’s furniture and collections.
- Provide detailed product information and assist customers in navigating options to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Support trade clients and interior designers by coordinating project-based needs and ensuring timely, accurate communication.
- Manage custom orders and coordinate special pricing requests in partnership with leadership.
- Track order status updates and proactively communicate with customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Follow up on open inquiries and quotes to provide additional information and maintain engagement.
- Document customer interactions accurately within CRM systems and maintain organized records.
- Partner with marketing to support promotions and product launches through clear communication and execution.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics to track orders, resolve delivery questions, and elevate issues as needed.
- Participate in product trainings and internal updates to stay current on the assortment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build rapport and provide thoughtful product guidance.
- Experience supporting custom orders and coordinating special requests.
- Organized and proactive approach to follow-up and task management.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics teams.
- Experience using CRM systems to document interactions and track follow-ups.
- Interest in furniture, design, or home furnishings, with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits.
