Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Construction Project Manager who will oversee and manage construction projects ranging from pre-construction through completion and maintenance services. This person is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members and uphold high quality of standards.

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budgets.
• Coordinate with various project team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Negotiate contractors and change orders with subcontractors/vendors.
• Monitor project progress and performance – staying proactive.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality control, stakeholders, building codes, etc.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and ensure compliance.

• Bachelor's Degree or proven equivalent experience.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Autodesk.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between jobsites.
• Must live local to the Bay Area (California). Unable to support relocation expenses.
