Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one reading and math support for elementary students (K–5). Read and interpret student assessment results to inform instruction. Apply targeted teaching strategies based on assessment reports and student needs. Adapt instruction to each student's unique learning style and school curriculum. Support homework, classwork, and long‑term skill building. Track student progress and communicate consistently with families and our team.

RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: 4+ years of professional teaching or tutoring experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degrees (Masters/PhD), general teaching credentials, or special education credentials are highly valued.
