California Film Institute’s Mill Valley Film Festival seeks a Development Associate to coordinate sponsor activations, in-kind partnerships, and VIP gift bags. Hybrid schedule in San Rafael, CA for 10 weeks (Aug 10–Oct 16, 2026) with event duties and post-festival wrap.
The ideal candidate has project management, superb organization, and strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Google Apps) and can work nights and weekends as needed.
