Senior Financial Analyst

Hybrid: San Rafael, CA (Onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays)

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. This role will support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

• Support annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes, including template development, consolidation, and variance analysis
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages and performance analyses
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using Excel and Power BI
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support leadership decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Advanced Excel modeling skills;
  Power BI experience preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and key business drivers
• Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan) a plus
