Senior Financial Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a Contract job with a client in San Rafael, CA
. Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $58/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling required) and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting methodologies, and key business drivers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle preferred.
• Experience with planning tools such as Essbase is a plus.

  Skills:
  
  Strong financial and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel modeling expertise;
  Power BI experience preferred.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly present complex financial information.
• Strategic Mindset:
  Proactive, strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach.
• Systems & Tools:
  Highly skilled with modern finance systems and applications, including Hyperion, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Anaplan, and related tools.
• Accountability:
  Self-starter who works independently, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership and pride in work quality.
