Senior Treasury Manager

This role supports core Treasury functions, including global treasury operations, FX back office activities, and M&A integration initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, the position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented treasury professional with multinational corporate experience, strong technical expertise, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Maintain and enhance a global banking infrastructure in collaboration with international treasury partners
• Support banking services, identify efficiency opportunities, and drive best-in-class initiatives in fraud prevention, risk mitigation, liquidity management, and governance
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including FBAR and KYC requirements
• Support and learn the SAP treasury workstation, including cash flow analysis, payment processing, and new module implementations
• Assist with short-term liquidity forecasting, daily cash positioning, EFT processing, and FX back office settlements
• Monitor and manage intercompany balances, loans, and trade settlements
• Oversee treasury operational policies, support SOX compliance, and assist with internal and external audits

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance and 7+ years of experience in a multinational corporate treasury environment
• Strong understanding of treasury operations and corporate banking practices
• Experience with treasury workstations (SAP preferred), risk management systems, and global banking portals
