CW Accounts Payable Analyst; Temporary

Contract Role - Hybrid Position (San Rafael)

Must have SAP/Ariba experience.

• Own and review the AP Email Inbox, responding to inquiries and delegating to analysts where appropriate.
• Handle escalation monitoring: review emails and alert team members or the Sr. Manager if escalation is apparent; provide acknowledgments for delayed responses.
• Process physical mail: scan invoices for the processing team, review statements for distribution, and request suppliers send invoices via email to reduce duplication.
• A/P Floater: provide backup for analysts when they are out of the office.
• Support Financial Disclosures & Escheats Audits: review findings with Sr. AP Manager and coordinate with the tax team when requested.
• Enter invoice data: handle refunds, credit/debit notes, disbursement requests, tax payments, and other entries as instructed by the AP Sr. Associate.
