Overview
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) at Bank of America, you will obtain Securities Industry licenses and receive dedicated training to become a client‑focused advisor. The role includes foundational advisory skills, client relationship development, and an introduction to bank and investment services.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain and maintain required industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, Series 66).
- Complete the SAFE Act registration and background check required for residential loan mortgage originations.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, assess financial needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive client reviews, presentations, and financial guidance with confidence.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
- Maintain a results‑driven mindset and prioritize clients’ interests in a fast‑paced environment.
- Execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology and applications.
- Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self‑discipline in managing time and capacity.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Results‑driven mindset with the ability to prioritize client interests.

- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Schedule & CompensationSchedule:
Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
Hours per week: 40
Pay range: $28.85 - $33.65 hourly, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
