Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor Associate to support our advisory team with comprehensive wealth management services. The role involves developing and executing investment plans, managing client relationships, and providing administrative support to advisors.

• Create and execute investment plans, RMD (Required Minimum Distributions) calculations and distributions, tax loss harvesting coordination, etc.
• Develop positive relationships with clients by attending meetings, calls and handling administrative requests directly as well as from team members on behalf of clients
• Handle all client matters in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide administrative support to team members including the preparation of correspondence, meeting materials, files, presentations and literature as directed
• Create and supply data for reports at the direction of the advisors and directors
• Develop working knowledge of various financial planning concepts, such as gift, estate and income tax planning, insurance, credit solutions, education funding, charitable/philanthropic strategies, etc.
• Research client issues as directed and present data
• Be a positive team player who works effectively within an entrepreneurial environment
• Actively service client accounts by processing paperwork for accounts, track and monitor account/asset transfers, and process transaction requests as directed

• 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university; major in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law preferred
• Completed or willing to pursue CFP®
• Series 65 – or able to successfully complete within 90 days of employment
• Continuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiative
• Reliable, follows through on commitments, self-starter when it comes to new challenges
• Must be organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage and prioritize tasks
• Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy by delivering high quality work
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with others

Competitive salary ($85,000–$110,000 base), PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and performance‑based incentives. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required, scope of the position, and geographic location.
