Responsibilities
Facilitate growth for the bank through business development and management of key client relationships.
Maintain a record of significant revenue generation through sales and syndications and act as an escalation point for complex client issues.
Lead structuring of high‑value, complex deals, oversee credit approvals, drive pricing coordination and negotiate to ensure client needs align with bank objectives.
Manage high‑value client portfolios, drive cross‑selling, retention, and profitability, and implement initiatives that transition opportunities into revenue‑generating sales.
Lead market coverage strategies to expand portfolios, identify opportunities, and align with business goals; represent the bank at industry forums and conferences.
Engage with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align strategies and deliver reports on performance, client satisfaction, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Provide strategic advisory on loan products, options, rates, terms, and collateral requirements, and build long‑term relationships with high‑value clients.
Analyze market trends and industry developments, nurture portfolio growth, and ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation at the enterprise level.

10+ years of experience in relationship, account, or portfolio management within a corporate or segmented banking environment with sales metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Other related experience may be considered.
For credit‑qualifiable roles, appropriate credit qualifications and knowledge in accordance with portfolio requirements and standards are required.
