Overview

Facilitates growth for the Bank through business development and management of key client relationships. Maintains an outstanding record of significant revenue generation from sales and syndications. Acts as an escalation point for complex client issues, using strategic problem‑solving to resolve conflicts and preserve strong client relationships. Leads the structuring of high‑value, complex deals and credit approvals, ensuring alignment with client needs and bank objectives.

Drives negotiations for high‑value transactions, manages high‑value client portfolios, and implements cross‑selling initiatives to maximize portfolio revenue and profitability. Leads market coverage strategies to expand portfolios, identifies opportunities, and aligns with business goals. Represents the bank at industry forums, leveraging insights on trends and competition to inform strategic decision‑making. Works closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align strategies, address client needs, and deliver holistic business solutions.

Delivers performance reports to leadership on team performance, client satisfaction, market trends, and key strategic initiatives, providing insights that inform corporate strategy. Provides strategic advisory on loan products, rates, terms, and collateral requirements, ensuring tailored solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Grow bank’s business through client development and key relationship management.
  • Lead structuring of high‑value, complex deals and secure credit approvals.
  • Negotiate high‑value transactions, ensuring alignment with client needs and bank objectives.
  • Drive cross‑selling initiatives to maximize portfolio revenue and profitability.
  • Conduct market coverage strategies to expand portfolios and identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the bank at industry forums, leveraging insights on trends and competition.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align strategies and deliver holistic business solutions.
  • Prepare performance reports for leadership, providing insights on team performance, client satisfaction, and market trends.
  • Provide strategic advice on loan products, rates, terms, and collateral.
  • Ensure regulatory, internal control, and compliance adherence in relationship management.
Qualifications
  • 5‑7+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or portfolio management in a corporate or segmented banking environment with sales metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred).
  • Strong background in project management, change management, product knowledge, regulatory compliance, deal structuring, portfolio management, credit risk assessment, customer service, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship building.
Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $122,400 – $228,000 (plus commission potential).
