Managing Director & Team Lead, Treasury & Payment Solutions – Food, Consumer & Retail, Industrials and Healthcare. Drive Treasury & Payments solutions growth for corporate clients across food, consumer & retail, industrial and healthcare sectors. Build and lead a team of Treasury & Payment Solutions leaders across North America, aligning with Global Transaction Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and Global Markets.

• Shape the transformation agenda in Global Transaction and Corporate Banking to support cash management, corporate cards, and deposit growth.
• Market complex cash management, corporate cards and liquidity solutions to clients.
• Deepen relationships with clients and internal stakeholder partners.
• Provide expertise and executive support for cash management, corporate cards and liquidity products.
• Collaborate with Global Transaction Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Markets bankers, TPS product, and Corporate Treasury to execute strategies, generate ideas and deliver client solutions.
• Lead sustained coverage activity, cross‑sell initiatives and increase share of wallet, market share and client advocacy.
• Maintain a high–performance culture, monitor performance, provide coaching and development plans.

• 10+ years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep experience in Treasury & Payment Solutions, Corporate and/or Investment Banking, including negotiating and structuring cash management, corporate cards and liquidity transactions.
• Proven managerial leadership and client and relationship management with the ability to plan, manage and execute while holding the team accountable.
• Strong organizational, industry and competitive knowledge; innovative business results.

Base Salary $225,000 to $275,000.

Pay Type:

Salaried. Compensation may vary by location, skills, experience and qualifications and may include a commission structure and performance‑based incentives.
