Analyst, Investment Strategy

Syufy Enterprises LP is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in San Rafael, CA. This role involves monitoring investment performance, sourcing new strategies, and preparing reports for management. • Monitor and evaluate investment manager performance.
• Source new investment strategies that align with portfolio goals.
• Work with outside money managers and consultants.
• Manage internal systems for monitoring and reporting.
• Prepare investment reports for senior management.
• Assist in managing cash investments and liquidity needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3-7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Highly organized and a self-starter.
• Excellent team player with good judgment.
• Understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with investment management software is a plus.
