Job Summary For Biz Talk-Technical Support Analyst

• Serve as the primary technical support resource for legacy middleware systems (PEEF & Biz Talk) at The Pasha Group.
• Maintain, monitor, and administer Microsoft Biz Talk Server, including configuration changes (schemas, maps, adapters, ports).
• Provide daily incident management and system maintenance for a stable, low-change environment.
• Collaborate on-site with the client's architect to document and master support processes during the initial onboarding phase.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the legacy environment, supporting the migration team during the transition to Dell Boomi.
• Identify and recommend workflows suitable for migration from Biz Talk to Boomi.
• Proactively learn and prepare to support the new Dell Boomi integration platform as it is implemented.
• Create and maintain technical runbooks and documentation for legacy systems and support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, leveraging expertise in the Microsoft tech stack (.NET, SQL Server).
• Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn new integration technologies as part of long-term responsibilities.
