Attorney​/Lawyer

Description

We are in search of an Attorney/Lawyer to become part of our client's legal team based in San Rafael, California. As an Attorney/Lawyer, your main duties will include managing case files, handling complaints, and dealing with civil litigation.

Responsibilities

- Oversee case management using related software

- Handle and resolve client complaints efficiently

- Administer claims and related legal matters

- Brief the team on legal matters and case updates

- Engage in civil litigation procedures

- Provide legal advice based on consumer electronics laws and regulations

- Manage landlord-tenant disputes and related legal issues

- Maintain an organized system for legal documents and case files.

Requirements

+ JD from an ABA accredited university.

+ Must hold active CA bar license.

+ Applicant must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer in litigation.
