Leader for the San Rafael RH Outlet responsible for directing a high-energy sales team to deliver extraordinary customer experiences and exceed revenue and margin goals. Partners with cross-functional teams to manage store operations, merchandising, and client outreach while upholding elevated brand standards.

• Drive sales performance through goal setting, KPI monitoring, and execution of strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train and develop Team Members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with company standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance to elevated brand standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Ensure operational excellence including safety, inventory, and visual merchandising compliance

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and other physical duties
