Merchandiser, Retail

As a Merchandiser with Jacent Strategic Merchandising, you will execute in-store merchandising programs for major retailers and CPG brands across North America. Working in the Retail Operations team, you'll service a regular route of stores, building and maintaining impulse displays, executing planograms, stocking and rotating product, and ensuring on-shelf availability. You'll capture data and photos, report results via mobile tools, and share insights that support data-driven category decisions.

You'll collaborate closely with store staff and Jacent field leaders in a fast-paced, execution-focused, and customer-centric environment with opportunities to grow into broader merchandising and operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores to execute merchandising programs and maintain Jacent sets
• Implement and adjust planograms, build and refresh impulse displays, and ensure compliance with retailer standards
• Stock, rotate, and replenish product; monitor on-shelf availability and presentation quality
• Capture photos, complete digital reports, and share in-store insights to support data-driven decisions
• Partner with store personnel and Jacent field leaders to resolve issues and optimize space and assortment
• Follow route schedules, manage time effectively, and uphold safety, accuracy, and merchandising excellence
