Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Conduct in‑depth conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities.
  • Build relationships with clients to identify solutions that meet their financial goals.
  • Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the overall client experience.
  • Handle cash responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash‑handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, business administration or finance).
  • Spanish language skills preferred.

Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $25.00 – $27.88 per hour (based on experience, education and skill set). The role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
