Cadillac Marin is the only Cadillac dealership in Marin County, offering a full A-to-Z sales process — each Sales Professional manages the entire customer journey from introduction to final delivery.
We are looking for experienced sales candidates with at least 3 years dealership sales and being bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus! We are part of the Price Family Dealerships

• Handle the full A-to-Z customer process: greet, consult, sell, and delivery

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation
• Deliver an exceptional luxury experience from start to finish

• 1+ year of automotive sales or customer‑facing experience
• High-level communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven with a strong work ethic
• Basic understanding of retail math or auto financing
• Must be available for weekends and evenings
• Must be able to commute or relocate to San Rafael, CA before starting

• 8‑hour shifts
• Evenings as needed
