As a Retail Selling Colleague, you blend selling that delivers results with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You understand each customer’s needs, offer personalized recommendations, and support them with the right products and services. You work on the sales floor or in fitting rooms, turning visits into memorable moments. You focus on achieving sales goals by driving customer engagement and smart selling behaviors.

• Begin each day energized, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, and stay informed on trends.
• Prioritize the customer by offering a warm welcome and engaging in friendly conversations.
• Maintain a clean, organized space: refresh floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves.
• Finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have what they need, and thanking them sincerely.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration.
• Consistently strive for excellence, meet sales goals, and learn from peers.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Proficient reading and understanding of employment policies and safety procedures.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Goal‑driven, enjoys meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable with electronic devices.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
• Requires good vision, color vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment for cash register transactions.
