Cadillac Marin is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to build a career in automotive sales and grow into the Finance Consultant side of the business.

We provide the training and support to teach you the automotive industry from the ground up.

Our Sales Professionals manage the customer's complete A-to-Z experience — from the initial introduction through vehicle selection, negotiation, financing, and final delivery.

• Build strong relationships with customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
• Present and demonstrate vehicles
• Negotiate and close sales
• Guide customers through the purchasing and financing process
• Learn automotive finance and insurance fundamentals
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience
• Build a strong customer pipeline and generate repeat and referral business

With training and experience, you'll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and grow toward the Finance Consultant side of the business.

Automotive experience is NOT required.

$6,000–$12,000+ PER MONTH

$6,000/month guaranteed for your first 90 days
