• Assist with installation and assembly of structures, materials, and equipment.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the job site.
• Participate in site clean-up and maintenance tasks as required to maintain a safe working environment.
• Contribute to the success of the project by ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled labor position within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.
