The
** Residential Electrical Installation Manager
** oversees daily field operations, manages installation teams, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and up to code. This role bridges the gap between office planning and on-site execution.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Manage and coordinate residential electrical installation projects from start to finish
* Train, mentor, and evaluate installers and apprentices
* Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and local regulations
* Review blueprints, plans, and specifications with crews
* Monitor job progress, budgets, and timelines
* Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions on-site
* Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
* Enforce safety standards and conduct regular job site inspections## Qualifications
* Either 3 years' experience in a plumbing management position OR 7+ years in the plumbing trade
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
* Knowledge of residential wiring, panels, and code requirements (preferred)
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Service Titan experience (is a plus, but not required)
* Valid driver’s license
