Job Title - AP/AR and Payroll (Full time) Location - San Ramon, CA (Onsite)
We are looking for a detail-oriented AP, AR & Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day accounting and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Quick Books knowledge is a MUST have.
Key Responsibilities- Pay roll.
- Experience with ADP.
- Invoicing and invoice tracking.
- Accounting, Profit and Loss balance sheets.
- Tax processing.
- Employee receipts tracking and calculations.
- Travel expenses.
- Filling and bookkeeping.
- Background checks.
- SoW, CO, and PO tracking.
- Onboarding and offboarding process.
- Other activities as needed.
- Adding vendors in the tool, adding tasks in the right categories.
- Basics of Excel sheet, auditing invoices through Quick Books.
